Sending a deposit to reserve your booking acknowledges your acceptance of our terms and conditions


Our letting periods are Saturday to Saturday, arrivals  after 4.30pm and departures please by 10am.

To secure a booking.

 A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount due  will be required at time of booking. The balance is due at least  6 weeks before arrival.  Payment is accepted in Euros or Pounds Sterling by cheque, or bank transfer. Details of where to send cheques will be provided by email, and  UK and French bank details can also be provided upon request. 

Late notice bookings,i.e less than six weeks before arrival must be paid in full

 If a cancellation is requested within the 6 weeks prior to the letting period the owner will retain the booking deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental payment, should it not be possible to re-let the property.
For cancellations prior to payment of the full balance the deposit will not be returned.

​Client Responsibility

The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed eight unless we have given  permission.

The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.

We have successfully operated for many years without security deposits, all we ask is that you simply inform us of any major damage you have caused it  a.s.a.p and agree to pay reasonable compensation.

The Client and party acquire no rights whatsoever over the Property excepting occupation as a holiday let for the period booked. The Client shall not sub-let the Property.
The Client shall report to the Owners without delay  any defects in the Property or breakdown in the equipment such as appliances in the Property garden, swimming pool and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made by the Owners as soon as possible.    


 Fair Usage Policy.
We have a limited download allowance and moderate bandwidth. Our free Internet service is intended for email, instant messaging, browsing the internet, using apps and accessing corporate intranets. All guests are asked to restrict their usage to the fair usage policy.
Streaming, peer to peer and other applications consume large amounts of bandwidth and data usage and are restricted under this Policy. 

 We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that you are provided with a  service 24 hours a day. We will not be liable however, for any reason, if the service is not available at any time for any period.


The Owners shall not be liable to the Client:
(a) For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance in the Property, garden or swimming pool.  
b) For any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the Owners.
(c) For any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client if the Property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period. In such event the Owners shall, within seven days of the notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owners for the rental period.
The use of accommodation and amenities where offered such as swimming pool etc. is entirely at the user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to a user or visitor and loss or damage to the user's or visitor's belongings.
Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owners for the rental period.             

No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to any motor vehicle or its contents.             ​
